Got to share this!!!!! Twelve months ago I shared with you all that my bone density tests were very bad and my level of osteoporosis was very serious. The doctor changed my medication, the type of calcium tabs I was taking and took me off sparkling/aerated drinks (flat wine tastes pretty good anyway) ....

Use these drops of lemon oil on your cobwebbing broom and the spiders will not come back for ages. Be careful Grey Nomads. Talking to our son tonight and Whooping cough is till going around. He has had 5 kids off his clas this week with it. One girl was tested - positive - and she didn't even have a cough at the time. Scary stuff. He decided to take a course of antibiotics for it too. 6 kids off today.
