Hello Everyone, Is anyone here not able to eat sugar? If so, I would appreciate any recipes as my ideas have dried up. I am looking for a sugarfree yoghurt with Stevia and all the good things like lactobacillus etc. Does anyone know is this exists?

The doctor changed my medication, the type of calcium tabs I was taking and took me off sparkling/aerated drinks (flat wine tastes pretty good anyway) ....
