I didn't put this in "What's Cooking" as It is not a recipe as such. I saw on a cooking show recently that if you crack an egg on a flat surface you don't get egg shell in your food. Just tried it and guess what? IT WORKS. 6 eggs and not one bit of shell. That's my lesson for the day. Have you had a lesso...
