Got up today had toast Vegemite cheese tomatoes on toast, rest, midday. Had a stir frie , rest. Happy hour one drink and a load of bull all around great fun, rest. Licorice hoop be back in a minute Allsorts for tea, rest. More Red the go to bed. Tomorrow no Licorice. Amen.
