Hi Sheba, was that the one Thommo demonstrated? It really looked very practical and a quick way of cooking with the bbq plate. Is the plate non stick? I bet you will enjoy using it, cheers, Ozi
Yes it is non-stick, and I don't want that. Saw Tommo at the Rocky Home-show at the weekend, and asked him. It is the one he demonstrated.
So then I thought it would be a lot cheaper to buy another small one, sit it beside the one I already have, [reversed of course] and put a griddle iron on top, to give the same area.
However, the advice from manufacturers is not to have a pot or pan any wider than [I think 30cm's], for safety reasons, so decided that might not be such a good idea. [It would be a hell of a lot cheaper though].
Might just get the Coleman one. It's about the same price, but no Non-stick I think. Will check it out next time I'm in town.
