Gordon thinks he should have added more red, Mitch - to his wine glass. Isn't that right Gordon? I find drinking a wee drop when cooking, makes anything taste good.

I've edited this to add:  Try adding a packet of one of those Continental powdered sausage mixes to your beef stock, vegies, and sausages. Yummo! I've done it with the Apricot Chicken mix (and used pork or beef sausages instead) and it was beautiful. Happy cooking, guys!
