3 Cups SR Flour. 2 Dessertspoons Sugar. 1 can room temp. Beer.
Mix all ingreds. together in a bowl until you have a reasonably runny Dough. Pour into a greased loaf tin and whack it into the Weber just after you have lifted the Roast.

Should work in the Camp Oven too I would think. Will give it a go next time we have a camp fire, which should be in about 4 weeks time up at Doug's place at Chinchilla
Sheba, that is the best beer bread (or damper recipe) and I use it all the time. The dough this recipe produces is soft, but I wouldn't call it runny by a long way. It is so easy, so quick, and so delicious though - especially with butter and maple syrup!
