If you've bought an in-expensive one, you may not have this info. Tried to post both Pics from Camera, and Scans, and neither would post clearly enough, so here goes.
Water should not be left in Oven bowl after washing action is completed, as condensation forms inside the cooktop causing it to deteriorate over time. Condensation can lead also to earth leakage problems which can be very irritating when modern super-sensitive earth leakage protective devices turn your power off.
Food should not be left in the oven once the unit has ceased cooking- the food can spoil and moisture will condense in the cooktop and cause deterioration and in particular may cause a very small earth leakage.[See above].
Thanks for that info Sheba - mine came with a booklet - and I never leave food in it, or water - love the oven though, makes it so good, I even put frozen peas or beans in foil and pop them in 10 minutes before cooking finishing time, and they are ready with everything else.

Thanks for that Sheba - I tend to just "wing it" - but then that's the way I cook anyway - ne ver use recipes, just use them as a reference - then do it "my way" - nobody ever complains - they always come back for more. I cook like my mum used to - instinctively - grandson does the same, uses a recipe for ingredients, then puts them together his way - he is hopefully goin gto be a chef one day.
