One-whip Ice Cream.
1T'spn Gelatine. 2 T'bspns Hot Water. 4 T'bspns Caster Sugar. 1 T'spn Vanilla.
375ml Carnation Evap. Milk [chilled icy cold.] 1 T'bspn Lemon Juice.
Sprinkle Gelatine onto hot Water. Stir briskly 'till thoroughly dissolved. Stir in Sugar and Vanilla. Cool. Whip chilled Milk 'till thick, adding Lemon Juice. Gradually add Gelatine mix, whipping constantly. Freeze. Makes 1.25 Ltrs.
