eco pot silverside...yum!

Well, what a surprise after SWMBO picked up an eco pot for $45 and tested it out with a piece of silverside.

What an amazing cooking appliance! Silverside was absolutely melt in mouth stuff, along with vegies. Cooking preparation time was approx 30 mins before leaving to cook.

Must follow up on JimRicho's post re thermomoter!

Cheers,

ozi2

ps: original owner had paid almost $300 and used it once!

Wow! what a bargain. I just have an aldi one but it still does the job. And lots of other things, not just silverside.

I use my Eco Pot at least once a week.  (Especially for Corned Beef)

Lots of recipes and info on the Dreampot site.  Just Google it.

Cheers,

Sheba.

Love my dream pot, Sheba. It comes with us every time we take off with the van.

I would love to help someone out that has an Eco Pot or Dream Pot sitting collecting some dust. I would even pay for the privilege, so if you know of one send me a PM and then I can join this part of the forum too! ;)
