Mine is the same as the Mini Van shown here, I was informed by the supplier that it is also suitable for the rear of a High Ace Campervan for those wanting to leave the rear up for better ventilation;
None are suitable for vehicles with rear spare tyres on the back door (fold out type doors).

This type of off ground rear end tent is not available in Australia that I know of, other types of on ground rear vehicle tents or roof tents are available in Oz.
I had to buy this from the USA, cost nearly $200 of which about $70 was for shipping (airfreight & courier to front door). The supplier only gives free delivery in the USA.
Have a look at this link for more info, if you want to know what vehicles they will fit (or similar ones) look down the main page of the link for vehicle sizing guide and click on that.
These may not suit everyone, but it met my needs so I was prepared to pay for it. Fits into a supplied carry bag smaller than a sleeping bag one and similar draw string bag.
I know of one other person with one of these in Oz who does a lot of 4WD desert camping etc and reckons they are the bees knees, I can access mine either through the rear or by the rear side door....
Milo, if you look at the link I posted before, you will see on the pic a couple of ocky type straps leading down to the wheel wells, there are two on each side (ignore the fishing rod that looks like a strap), the tent also has an elasticised bottom, and a collapsible rod that fits across the top of the tent inside to keep it's shape.
Bear in mind that if you want full body length inside your vehicle you would need to have a flat floor space (mine has a a fold down tailgate as well as a lift up hatch) or a bed that is higher than any high edge on the bottom of your hatch opening. There is a list of suitable models and vehicles on the link on the main page of the link I provided which says "Sizing Chart" so check that to see if your vehicle is on it.
This is a link to the main distributor of the tent, suggest you email him (email address on the link below), also ask him what his shipping charges are and who he uses etc to ship his articles and what he would charge, or any other questions you may like to ask him, see;
I meant to add to my earlier post, I also have a couple of window socks that go over the side doors of my vehicle and I intend to use these with the windows open when camping as then I can leave the window open for extra ventilation and of course insect screens. I also have a 12V fan in the rear of the vehicle (cigarette type plug) for limited fan use on hot nights (limited to preserve the crank battery).
If you look at the pic below, this is another Ozzie who already has one of these tents (shown in the Simpson Desert) who said it has stood up to some real heavy rain without any problems and swears by the product. He has put two of his "ocky" type straps on each side into his window tracks instead of wheel wells etc.

Do you remember the pic's I posted of the lady with the Hyundai Getz where she had a camp stretcher or trundle bed down the passenger side of her bed after. She had that over the rear seat and front seat folded down and up to the dash. As her full body and bed was inside the vehicle perhaps the rear tent could be used in her case but it isn't one of the vehicles listed.
This is a fitting guide for the rear end tent, the photo's I posted are from my first attempt and took me about 10 minutes as I had to work out what to do etc, I woule imagine I could probably halve that with experience in fitting it. See;
In regards to the lady with the Getz, here are the photo's again but probably could have used the end tent in addition to her side tent as her bed was fully in the vehicle, this would have given her more ventilation and insect screening. The end tent folds down to a very small size and fits into a small bag with the fold up tent strut. The "shock" cords are attached to the tent.

i emailed the company and asked if it would fit my car and they said it would be too big.. oh well..
There are lots of car end tents in Oz where a flap goes over the back of the car and the tent part on the ground, you can either sleep in that or just use it for other things, check out BCF, Anaconda, Oztent, etc or just google Car End Tents Australia.
A bit more work one good thing is you can drop the flap on the car side and go out for the day and leave your tent on your site if in a caravan park etc.....
Don't have to get them from the US either, all available in Oz.....
I actually need something similar, but this thing doesn't fit my Honda CRV with split open back - side-flap opening back door with the spare wheel on, and upside flap window.
But I like the idea, though. I think, something similar, or may be even better, could be done quite cheap with couple of cheap (old) fishing rods on the roof (as extenders), couple of telescopic stands, a sheet or two of tarps (best silver, to reflect light and heat and keep things cooler) some anty-mozzie screen, and few pieces of rope with some wire fitting here and there.
I did think the same thing Ziggy, on one of the posts on this I showed what a lady had done with her little Getz, she had velcroed fly net around the back opening for night sleeping, and had the other type RV shade (available from BCF) which she uses at the side. These can also be used at the rear of the vehicle. I have also bought one of those for my side door for longer stays etc.
You could use one of these and put your own flyscreen on the back of the vehicle, and use a tarp to drop down over the rear of the vehicle (attached to your roof bars) for extra privacy if you wanted it....just a thought, I was thinking of using simply a tarp over the rear and a home made fly screen myself originally....
Thanks Bronnie, seems to work well in the Outlander, but forgot how fat I am and not 21 anymore, with a low roof and limited inside room in the car it may need either a small person or a vehicle with a higher room (eg; large 4WD or Campervan, still would be ok for a bed for the night though, just don't get up too often, or as I nearly did nearly peed my pants trying to get out in a hurry, lol !
