sugarfree recipes


Hello Everyone, do you have a sugarfree cake or biscuit recipe using stevia that you know of. Any would be appreciated. thanks.

Hi - I would think that most recipes could be adapted - I know that if you use agave syrup instead of sugar, about 1/8th teaspoon equals about a tablespoon of sugar - so maybe the same or similar formula could be used to stevia - might be a bit of trial and error to get it right - but that is how the best recipes are invented - try ad see

 I have just posted a recipe Magazine with all those low fat sweet thing you would be surprised how many wonderful cakes tarts are in the recipes i have just started using the Stevia on my weetabix in the moring

You can even grow your own stevia plant... really, really sweet, use with caution! But no nasty after-taste as you get with saccharin or aspartame.
