Zip-opener.

Some time back, I added a tip about using a Big-toothed Comb to open Ventilation Zips, in a Pop-top.  [ Like an extension of your arm.]

Well, the other week, I found something better, at the news-agent.  A back-scratcher.  $5.95.  It's called a Bear Claw, [for obvious reasons.] and extends to 23 inches/58cm.  Hook it into the hole in the zip catch, and away you go.

Of course I bought one for the house too.

Cheers,

Sheba.

After you showing me that one at Wuruma Sheba, I saw a whole stand of them at the newsagents in one of the towns I passed through on the way home. Can't remember which town now.

When i had my pop top c/ van i made a zip opening gadget from a piece of dowl and screwed a cup hook into the end of it, that way did not have to stuggle on the bed to open ,Just stood bedside the bed.
