Pasta With Crab & Lemon Cream Sauce


500g pasta (any type )
300ml light cream.
1 lemon.
400g fresh cooked crab meat (can use tin but drain well )
Bring water to boil,add pasta ,cook until tender.
while pasta is cooking finely grate lemon rind ,then heat cream and rind in a medium saucepan. bring to boil.
Add crabmeat and stir gently until heated through.
Remove from heat and pour over pasta . yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

Thanks, that sounds delish, any seafood could probably be substituted for the crab too!
