I cannot up load photos ,as I am using my ipad as I am still away from home base.

It is just a cheap plastic chopping board,,,,then draw the whole board with a T shape ,then cut out the shape and you will have the letter T .left.

 Not too sure what you mean by put it in the bracket Herbie, could you explain that part please (what bracket?)

Just reading this great tip. Sounds like a super cheap version of the couplematevdevice. See link to get the idea of where it fits & would look like ( I imagine it's very similar)
