Hi, We are a couple over from shaky old Christchurch NZ, touring around your beautiful Country.
Recently we went to the Wauchope NSW caravan and 4x4 show and decided to invest in a water filter set up for our caravan. There were Approx. 4 sites selling water filter set-ups and we decided to purchase the Australian made Aquamax filter, thinking we were getting a good deal as we payed cash. After we got home we looked in the box and the brass hose fittings were missing, which was suppose to be there.
We phoned numerous times getting only a answer machine and left messages still no reply, and also sent e-mail to there site on there brochure but no reply.
Has anyone else had this problem with this company?
