It was a one owner before me Annie. I have no idea who did the fit out. All I know it was owned from new by a chap down in Kingston, somewhere near Hobart.
They certainly did a good job didn't they. I'm rapt with the way it's set up.

I've been a bit slow at checking 'show us your rig' for your Zena Marj. She looks great! Perfect setup.

I assume you can't access the back door with the box on back, so is the storage area under the bed easy to get at from inside? Does it have an annex of some kind too, or just the awning?

Just the awning Beth.
Storage is easy to get to under the bed. Just lift that part of the mattress, finger in hole and lift the lid.
Can also access from outside at the back as storage box slides out. I'm not game to try it, might bust my foofoo valve.
