As to the weather - go to the Bureau of Met site - BOM - and look for Corop, Victoria - Greens doesn't seem to get the same weather as either Shepparton or Bendigo. Corop is a little tiny town, about 7k from the lake - has a store, with a good range of goods, and alcohol - and they make great coffees!! Run by a lovely young couple.

Thanks for that Jules I did wonder if there was a shop nearby, and will keep my eye on the weather forecast. Hopefully will leave here about the 4th of March or thereabouts. Don't know when we will get there as we are notorious for getting lost. LOL.

Enjoy Greens. If you are there for a while be aware that fri 7th to Monday 10 the is a long weekend and greens population will swell 10 fold.

the long weekend is Labour Day, so I think Kay & I will stay put  at Greens till after that
