The chassis was bent and so was the cab roof. We now have a new one. Thank goodness we were only doing 75 km

Sorry taken a while to get back...trying to get a new van...hope to have one in a couple of weeks....we do not really know what happened..the steering wheel was pulled out of my hands t sent the caravan swaying and over we went..it happened so quick, just lucky we were traveling slow.

Thanks for the feedback Wanderers. Sounds a bit like a mechanical or tyre failure?? I know I'm speculating and sorry about that.

From the pics there is a common question, why does a van of this size have a large water tank behind the axles which will make it tail heavy.

There looks to be plenty of room in front of axles or in between.

Must admit Jm we have three tanks, two sit just behind the suspension and one forward but our Simplicity suspension is set back from centre and do have a high ball load. I think the main reason some manufacturers do this is to take weight off the ball or it could have a front kitchen and part of the "balance". All conjecture of course.

im up there with you jc every time i talk about my suspension problem people always say mine dont do that . well im sorry if you dont have some sort of weight over the rear of the tug you could end up like this . sorry to be so blunt but you see it all the time o and then theres mr front wheels of the ground some people just shouldnt poses a car with tow bar .

Ps jim fixed mine 3 stage rear new front struts and new shocks on the rear sits 50 ml higher and 2nd stage picks up at 250 kgs gunna drop the van on it sunday will let ya know .
