Went Went Car Shopping Today

Yep, went looking for a new tug today - it started to rain -  never mind, off we went, and some 3 (?) hours after walking into the dealership, we came out with a much lighter wallet. However it will be even lighter come next Friday when we pick up our new vehicle.

We have purchased a 2014 Holden Colorado LTZ with Storm Pack - it is a demo model and we managed to do a bit of horse trading and came out of it with a terrific deal. Has all the bells and whistles on it, and think the name of the colour reflects the deal we got - sizzle!! A red/maroon colour - good old Qld colour. Now just have to organise a canopy for the back, and we will be set.

You know, for the second year in a row Santa has been very good to us - last year it was a new van right on Christmas, this year a new car - think the man in red sure is looking after us.

Enjoy....

I can relate as I have just picked up my new Ford Ranger from the dealer... Now I too am looking forward the fun of fitting it out.

What are you replacing?
