Wet at Greens ???

Hi to all the Nomads out there. I am a newbie about to set out on my maiden trip. I have kept up with the forum, great reading. I feel I must make Greens my first stop, sounds very welcoming, and fun. I plan to be there on Tuesday 13th. Is it accessable when wet. I am not concerned getting stuck once in, have no time line to meet. Is there tap water available? Oh, there is also a Mrs Grey Gra.

I hope this post goes to where it is supposed to,

Graham & Wendy.

Welcome to the gang Grey Gra, enjoy here and out in the playground.

The main road into agreend from the Midland Hwy is sealed but gravel for about 1km, all good though. Once in the road is dirt and can be mud when lots of rain. Take it easy and you will be fine. There are heaps of dryish spots and heaps of spots lakeside so take you pick when you arrive. Best time to arrive is usually before 11.00am and after 4.00pm as most of the locals aren't here yet or gone home.

I'm second van from the right of the ramp. Great spot waterside.

Enjoy, when you get here.

 Hi Graham

You can follow my lead but it may not catch you a fish ,I just go out for a bit of fun,I don't think the fishing is the best at greens, but you never ever no if you don't have a go.

Hi Doug. We arrived yesterday after a very wet trip from Ballarat. We are kinda set up, but as you said the wind is a bugga. Got to go into Shep and do all the washing now. Will look you up later today.

Graham.
