Hi and welcome Kiwimagic - is your van coming with any solar fitted? Do you know what size your house batteries will be? A generator is a good thing to have, for days where the sun is not working for us - we have one, very rarely use it, but wouldn't be without it, especially if HHMBO needs to use power tools for a small job on the motorhome. We have standard ramps and chocks - work fine for us - some manufacturers supply grey water hose. You will need food grade hose - and fittings - get different size ones, not all taps are the same - for filling your tank.
Pretty sure you will get some replies, but maybe better, and more likely to be seen in the I Digress sub forum.

a couple of screw on tap fittings and blue/white food grade water hose (Bunnings) - for your sullage hose try and get the one that is smooth on the inside - awning deflappers and ropes with springs to tie the awning down- tent pegs - some sort of outdoor matting (Cgear is best - cheap on ebay)

KiwiMagic: Regarding your grey water hose, they are messy to pack up every time you move. We have fitted a clever idea - not my idea, but clever just the same. I bought some 50 mm black irrigation hose. I ran it through the punch-out holes in the caravan chassis members. Then I simply push my drain hose into the 50 mm hose. The 50 mm hose is used simply as a carrier and it stays there all the time. It runs from the front of the van (we have a front kitchen) to the opposite side rear of the van. When we get where the drain hose is needed, I simply pull the smaller drain hose (about 38 mm nylex hose) out of the 50 mm carrier and lay it out as required. When I am finished, I simply push it back into the 50 mm carrier hose again. No mess inside the van or on your clothes. As said, not my idea, but a damned good one.

do not have a 12 volt adapter, Tried to purchase one but not available any more so have already purchased a 300 w purer sine wave inverter. Works fine. Will run off the battery all night.
Bought a Kojak Leveller ( not used in situ .... just at home ) $ 150 frame fits around the wheel and using wheel brace lifts the van on that side enough / as you need it to get level
If you are having a new van built, get as much included in the build, therefore in the tare weight of the van
Get a grey water tank fitted, solar panels, dual batteries.
What van are you getting ???
Check out the specs and a lot of the items might already be in the build
