Rocky L why are you so cynical????? The two lads are doing a good job. And why is the water level in the boat higher than the surrounding sea?

The other two crew may have already done their bit and are resting. The lad sitting on the port side gunwale is doing his bit to help by keeping the starboard aft quarter higher.

In my opinion you are out of place knocking the forward crew members.
