Today we left the property north of Bundaberg where we had been house sitting.  We are now caretakers (security only) at the Bundaberg Gliding Club just south of Bundaberg on the way to Childers.  Shower, toilet, power $50/week  Not a bad deal.  We will be here until mid Dec.  Cheers to all   Alice

Good for you, I know where that is. You will be comfortable there.
I don't think it's an open camping ground Rocket and Pondy. They seem to be doing security for the gliding club, I could be wrong.

No, it is not an open camping area. Just a camp spot for whoever is willing to be there to deter vandals. But anyone passing this way is welcome to come in for a cuppa, chat etc. Plenty of space to park. Cheers Alice

Apparently you can go up in a glider (for a price) Myself I like an engine in the plane.
