My bil has a bad back & is in the process of replacing the gas struts under their Motorhome double bed with 2x 12v remote control lift struts. On our recent visit he had completed installing 1 & this on its own easily lifted, held up & lowered the bed & mattress to allow sil to access any item stored under the bed.
Probably quite common but I thought it a great idea.
Hi Jules-no problem but as entertaining as it was for Jackie I reckon my showering in the hail will turn out to be a once only event & not a trend that is going to catch on
The bil will never share the same hilarious experience as their motorhome has an internal shower.
