Wow that's great. I once came close to buying a house in Coober Pedy for just $42,000; I was living in Alice Springs at the time and contemplating moving. Coober Pedy is a really unique place.

The Breakaways is a wonderful unique place - It's a pity that they are now mining that area, it was truly wonderful before the mullock heaps were there.
