WAY TO GO

Shut the front gate!

What a weekend on the NRL arena. My Melbourne Storm had a nice win and my second team the Cowboys just craped it in with extra time played.

Way to go boys.

Well said Dougwe....Cam Smith has another few years in him yet.....how unassuming an adornment to NRL.....,Sheer guts and determination got the Cowboys over the line.......what a sustained gutsy effort from Morgan...hell I dislike Gallen....James Malhoney was particularly dishonest with tackling players without the ball.....and it cost the Sharks the game with the Cowboys scoring a try in his absence in the sin bin....a fitting result....not even the Refs could get the Sharks over the line...even though they tried to give it to them....is my bias for Nth Qld showing....I was born and bred there.....I'll be surprised if they can beat the Eels now after todays gruelling game.....well done Cowboys...Yeeeehaaaaa.........Hoo Roo

watched end of Storm game, cant believe how biased Sydney commentators STILL are against the Mighty Storm Boys. They need to take a few lessons from AFL.

On Friday night there was a AFL game on in Melbourne where I was glad to see that Geelong were beaten. They said that there were 95000 fans at the stadium ( I am assuming it was the MCG)

Now also my beloved Broncos were beaten by the Roosters in front of 21000. in Sydney.

Had the Bronco game been in Brisbane it would have been a sell out crowd of over 50 000 plus at Lang Park.

Sydney has a lot to learn from Melbourne and Brisbane for that  matter.

Melbourne  is certainly the sporting capitol of Australia.

What gives me the Sh***s is that bloody Gus Gould.  Almost enough to get pay TV.  I keep complaining to ch9 but they just ignore me of course.

Yeah Craig Iam no fan of the Storm but there a great team, Cameron smith ,Billy Slater, cooper cronk, put that line up in the worst team out there and it's unbeatable, what gets up my nose and most people's is that team the storm can be winning by a huge margin and that nutty coach you can see him carrying on like a big spoiled goose over the slightest things...

yep, no privacy in the coaches box, if you watch AFL you will see three camera's ALL on Nathan Buckley( Collingwood miracle man for you cane toads), leaves mighty craig in the shade for fist slamming etc.
