Just " self installed" provided modem for N B N connection on Telstra. By default they give you a " message bank" and a ring time of 26 seconds before it cuts in. We had around one minute 10 seconds prior to that and no b... message bank. Somewhere in the bumpf provided is how to fix both problems, but 1800 687 829 Telstra country wide is easier. You can adjust your ring time thru you account details on-line. Click on your landline number and details of you account appear. Scroll down to add-ons and click on MANAGE then Call Forwarding. I just did same.
