Exercise for over sixties.


Begin by standing on a flat surface, where you have plenty of room on each side.

With a 2 Kilo potato bag in each hand, hold out your arms for as long as you can.

When you can do that for one minute, upgrade to a 5 kilo bag.

When you can do that for one minute, upgrade to a 10 kilo bag.

When you can do that for one minute, upgrade to a 20 kilo bag.

Once you can do that for one minute - put a potato in the bag.
