SNAKES ALIVE!

Well dead in this case.

I have smelt something dead for about a week now every time I walked past and just out the side of the aluminium TeePee. Last night Mark smelt it too and found it. A dead snake. In fact it WAS a 4'6" Brown beast and in a very smelly state. It had gone in under the netting of a pear tree to pintch the pears I spose but got his head caught up in the netting. The twisting around just made things worse. Mark, Sue and Myself have walked past this beast many times and he was just outside the lounge window of the house but never noticed it. He stayed there overnight and Mark removed him today.

Mark was up there pinching pears a week ago himself. Bet ya he has big boots on from now on smile

I'm keep'n away from Mark until the smell has gone biggrin

You are lucky the Twins weren't with you Dougwe,  You would have had a hell of a job, getting them off the roof of your tee pee !!!

We have stopped at the Old Railway Station at Grenfell in NSW.
Went to use the Ladies. No lights, dark as. So I took out my trusty mobile ph.
Switched the torch on, looked all around the loo. Put the lid down and gave it a couple of flushes.
No nasty bites on the Nether Regions for this little black duck

Hey DD. You said earlier a "camp kitchen" so I assume that's at the CP in Meningie. Every time we stay there from now on I'll be looking out for brown snakes.

I take it that is the 'mini orb' type corrugated iron. Still a sizeable snake though. King Brown?

I look on the bright side, Doug

I would rather see a dead snake, that a live one
