Getting closer to heading out.

Well, purchased my vehicle and get it next week, then its a matter of setting up with whatever is needed to head North West to warmer weather and away from rules/regulations and restrictions of city/coastal living.

Not wanting to rush, but I am still not certain as to what I will need for living/sleeping cooking and all that. I do want to keep basic and not get more than what I want or need (yes, I am a guy).

There are quality roof-top tents, but that has other limitations, storage, cooking etc. A good camper trailer can also be expensive for a long term way of living. I don't want to get something then realize that its not going do/be what I need, whether too much or not enough. I realize I will learn much through experience, but that is going to make problematic during the process.

What did you encounter in your initial process and learn from it that may be beneficial to my new adventure?

Thanks

Vern

Hire a camper and start from there. If too difficult to setup etc, then try hiring a van. You will soon workout what suits you and your budget.
