Instant shower room

I saw a great shower room made at the back of a campervan. You just need one of those cheap blue tarps, 6 spring clamps and 6 magnets. Pop the rear tailgate. Use the spring clamps from the outside to attach the tarp to the top of the outer edge of the tailgate on the three sides. Then use your magnets to secure it to each side of the van and wallah!!! a lovey private toom

Yeah...we too hade a pop up shower room thingy. Popping up was easy. Popping down was a pain in the proverbial. It is still here somewhere, lurking about in some dark recess of the garage, waiting with evil intent to pop up without warning and then defy all efforts to make it pop down and go away.

Yeah.  We can do the same with the back of our old Transit Van.  Put up the tarp over back open doors. Put down a large shallow bowl to stand in to keep feet clean and give em a soak,  Use a 15 litre squat water container, fill with hottish water, put up high at back of camper and use shower hand thingy off the tap to have a nice warm shower in privacy.  Pretty good shower.  Also, we have a chemical toilet in the van which we bring out at night and put where the side sliding door opens but is closed for night, and then you have a solution if you don't want to wander off to the shower block in the freezing cold and dark to wee at night. Looooxury for a bargain price.

Gday...

I have one of those pop up shower tents ... trying to fold it up caused my already grey hair to turn a lighter shade of grey. hmm

I found this useful and have no problems now -
