Anyone tried this? I tried zero (or close to zero) many times. All I got was bloated.

Not tried the Carlton yet but have been drinking the Coopers one for years now and recon its great . Sure you cant drink this all night but why should you? Cant wait to compare and taste the zero from Carlton. I think that they are on to a good thing . The Germans renound for their beer have been producing this beer for years.

Agree. As I noted zero beer made me bloated (and made me fart too). Tooheys Old and Coopers Dark have same effect without the bloating.

I rarely drink beer these days, whether on the road or at home. But I do drink red wine. I have type two diabetes, and the quack said stop drinking. I said yeah right. He said, ok, but if you must drink (and yes, I must) then drink dry red wine. Cask or bottle makes no difference to me. No need to refrigerate it, which means more room in the fridge. Easy to carry. Yeah, I do have a few beers once and a while at a pub, but next day my blood sugar level is up. You have all probably gathered I am no wine snob. You would be right. But hey, life is too short to be worrying about where the wine came from, or if it tastes like battery acid. Enjoy is my motto.

There used be diabetic beer in the 1970s. I think it used sorbitol instead of sugar. Still same calories & alcohol as normal beer.
