RE: Ground coffee

The repaired handle has worked well other than slipping up off the 5 sided drive, so I drilled a hole in it a locked it with a pin (from Whitworth Marine), it works well.

The actual grinder is still working well. When we have to buy a new one I will try a Porlex. They have a metal body. Also small diameter so easy to grip & a whisker smaller than the Kyocera so will fit in the larger half of the Aeropress for storage. The plunger should be left loose while not in use to help the rubber gasket.

Also using a stainless steel mesh filter with paper filter underneath, basically to speed pressing up, but keep coffee grounds out of the cup. The etched fine filter works well, just slower to press.
