I walk in the kitchen, get the margarine out of the fridge, spread my crumpets & then top with Vegemite, then put the Vegemite in the fridge & leave the margarine on the bench...nonono

Being a type 1 diabetic honey is a no no!!! SO, I can handle vegimite on crumpets no worries. biggrin
