Centrelink in it's generosity has increased my wife's Carer Allowance by 19 cents a fortnight !!!! When half of these idiots are voted out next election, they will be on 6 figure Pensions !!!

It's highly likely an automatic rise. I recall a couple of years ago the system was changed by Joe Hockey to cpi index or similar.

So there wasnt in this case a committee deciding mmm "I think carers deserve another 19 cents".

 

Your post is political as you are commenting on the "idiots" currently in power.

 

I wont be political as I believe they are all as bad as each other.

BG. There is a difference between pensions and superannuation. The pollies go out on super paid as part of their salary package (as do most public servants), not pensions.
