That is Mooney Bridge little south of the Gosford turn off.e, a. It is a great place for cross winds. There is a windsock at each end of the bridge. Check the breeze and check your speed before you get out into the breezeway.
The bridge is the scene of too many accidents. Traffic speed often builds up too much. I always drop a couple of gears when descending in either direction when towing.
As an aside, my heart in the mouth moment there was when I was proceeding north one afternoon the tow vehicle failed to power away across the bridge. I was in the middle lane and had to force my way across to the side before I lost momentum. One of the cooling hoses for the transmission fluid had split and too much transmission was lost. I managed to get across and pull up at the exit to the old bridge viewing rest stop.

Road users had a rough two days on the Sydney-Newcastle M1 in the past week, on the 27th north of Hawkesbury Bridge a two truck crash blocking north bound traffic for 5hrs, I was on my way to Sydney having decided to take the train at $5 instead of driving.
On crossing the Hawkesbury I scanned the road bridge and thought there was no movement north, on returning at 1330 coming down from Cowan to Hawkesbury station I could see that northbound traffic was clearly still at a standstill.
Unless you are forewarned of incidents on the M1 there are few chances to get off onto the Pacific Hwy.
I have towed across the bridge many times over the years and never felt anything dangerous ,its the only way we can drive north may be we have been lucky over the last thirty years ,theres been massive amounts of accidents on that freeway over the years its the huge volume of traffic on the road combined with idiots doing stupid things in vehicles thats the usual cause ....
