Solar panel on van .

Aiming to get into free camping , and wondering if one Solarh panel 120w is sufficient to keep installled battery in van topped up. only need for lighting and tv ( if any reception) .

If i added another panel or 2 , would you  then connect to 2nd battery ( that i would need to purchase) and then what battery type, i guess you would need another regulator  or can I run through regulator that is in van and connected  to battery.

Would i need to discuss with auto electrician, also do you connect batteries in parell.

jeepnudger, I would suggest you put this question into the "Technical - Solar" section. Also there is lots of reading to be done on there that will enable you to learn what's required.
