What an embarrassment these two tennis players are to not only their sport but to our great Nation of Australia.

Bernard Tomic has been fined his first-round £45,000 prize money by Wimbledon for a lack of effort in his defeat to Jo-Wilfried Tsonga.

As for Nick Kyrgios whilst he played great tennis, his court manners are shocking.

Now on the flip side.

Look at how Ashley Barty has handles herself to become No. 1 Women's Tennis Champion in the world.

Her court manners are excellent. She has a great positive mental attitude, hence she is where she is today.

No doubt she believes.

If you think you can ..you will.

Hope she goes on to record her second Grand Slam.

Maybe part of the problem is that they're seen as "so-called Aussies". That said, I don't like either of them. Nor did I like Lleyton Hewitt, but I always respected him for making himself available for the Davis Cup. Jelena Dokic was another baddie, but her problems were largely because of her father.

These two guys are laughing all the way to the bank. Play a couple of games get beaten pick up your $40/$50k and on to the next. Totally agree with Dougwe, ban the pair of them.

Ash Barty what an ambassador for both her sport and country. The other two should not be playing. Both disgracful. Cannot stand to watch them. Need to take a leaf out of Ash's book or from Dan Ricciardo, another true ambassador for Australia.

I agree that they are both disgraceful

I dont agree with fining him his total match payment as there are lots of players who have lost 6 zip.

I think if they have bans imposed on them, they open themselves up to legal action

i assume that they are invited to play at tournaments so just dont invite them to play again. problem solved.

 Yep, and to top it off, she hails from Ipswich!!!  LOL     (My old home town)

 

I agree with the general sentiment about that pair. 

It's hard to understand their attitude, but they seem to continue to rake in the big dollars.

In an interview a while back Tomic stated that he didn't care if he won or lost & that all he has to do is turn up to get paid heaps of money.

He also said at that time that he was set for life.
