That made some parts of me tighten up, I guess they grow up with it and it is just a way of life.

Cheers

Ooh! My footy knees ached as I watched and when the little chap jumped down lower on the rock face I freaked out!
They would have to be so used to it. No fitness problems with them!

I still have no problems with free climbing cliffs with out climbing harness or rope. Started when I was 14, and climbed Wollomombi at 17, on the dry falls with a harness and ropes. Have climbed many vertical cliffs and overhangs, but today, my daughter whom is not that great with heights, has made me promise, not to free climb anymore, and I have not done anything too dangerous, other than Dangarsleigh Falls, when it was dry last year. My wife comes on some of my climbs as an observer (doesn't climb, is their for safety), but my daughter wont. I always wanted her to get into it, but noway she say's,- maybe she is the sensible one.

If you are not happy with heights, gradually increase height a bit at a time.

I'm ok with heights but have noticed that if I haven't done it for some time I need a bit of warming up to the height difference.
