South Australia are sending police to man the border crossings between SA and Vic, making sure none of em sneak in.biggrin

https://www.abc.net.au/news/2020-06-23/social-distancing-measures-to-be-reduced-in-south-australia/12383172

South Australia's border with Victoria will be bolstered with a stronger police presence from next week, amid a surge in coronavirus cases in the eastern state.

The SA Government today said that, despite plans to further ease social distancing measures within South Australia from next week, extra police would be sent to border checkpoints in the east.

The number of checkpoints is set to increase, while a pre-approval process for incoming travellers from Victoria will be introduced.

"We will maintain our very strong border policy, in particular with relation to the border with Victoria," SA Premier Marshall said.

Looks like we in Qld have been vindicated.  LOL

We will undoubtedly request that the The Donald send us a copy of his Great Big Beautiful Wall plans.

Perhaps the Chinese can help with its construction 'cause they have considerable experience in this field.

Maybe that was their strategy right from the start.

LOL

Cupie, I think you're right with the wall and maybe the Chinese to build it.
Donald wants to build a wall to keep the Mexicans out. The Chinese built one years ago and it must work as they have no Mexicans.
Cheers,
Roy.

The Chinese Wall was never completed properly as they ran out of vast sums of money due to the rampant corruption.

Corruption ???   We have no corruption.  Do we?

ps.  Have you seen a plan of the Great wall (s).    Buggar me ... of course they wouldn't work.

Not contiguous & took decades to build each dis-joined bit.  Poor construction in many areas with mud rather than concrete etc.

Made Hadrian's wall , designed in Rome & constructed in England look like a Great Big Beautiful Wall!!! LOL    It didn't work either.

The Great Wall of China was a bloody shemozzle.
