There have been way to many covid threads imho on this forum. So I'm out of here.
But before I go just one last thought.
The latest polls are coming out. Now watch the politicians change their tune.
Time for some logic and common sense to prevail. I'm going camping.
I think Qld is the first election coming up and if the results were based purely on the popularity of the performance of the Premier then she would win with her stance on handling the Covid crisis.
Current reports in the Australian say that she has a popularity in the high sixties which would be hard to topple.

This is why it is so important that we live in a democracy and not a communist environment.
Many dont agree with how she is handling the management of the virus in Qld and on the other hand many do.
Many Qlders will have other agendas so none of us should run solely with the views of how the Premier is handling the current Covid situation.
I didnt raise the question of why or why not she will win the upcoming election.
There are many more local members of the lower house that will represent the people from their electorate on Election Day, but one thing we can all be rest assured is that no one will be shot for stating that they should cross the border, nor will they be gunned down for protesting against anything that they believe in and this is democracy at its best.
Cast your vote for who you feel represents you in the manner that you expect..
