I am a RABBITOHS supporter an they have a great chance, however, the STORM & PANTHERS have to be the favourites but as we know, favourites get beaten regularly.
The games have been great so far. I have enjoyed the season so much especially since the Broncos came last. As long as the Storm lose, hopefully on a dud refereeing call, I will be a happy camper. (how is that Doug?)
Yep you got it Dougwe, penalty given by second referee ( Cameron Smith). Did you know that Cameron Smith has played 428 games for the storm and if he makes the Grand Final he will become the first Player/Referee to Referee 400 games, now that's an achievement!
We would listen to Ken Howard on the radio when we were kids JayDee when my old dad had the races on.
Some of his classics were; Don't run upstairs, don't knock champions, odds on look on and don't buy pies on a Monday.
I also remember Bert Bryant from Melbourne when calling a race describing horses as "covering more ground than the early explorers" "further back than Walla Walla" and the classic referring to a horse veering off course as "hanging out like Jimmy Hannan's teeth"
Slightly off topic but blame Doug.

Ken Howard and Bery Bryant were the best of the best race callers.
National Rugby League is a bit of a oxymoron when the league represents 3 states and one territory, in a similar vain the South Australian National Football League is an oxymoron also there is nothing national about that league being Adelaide based.
