You're gonna die.

Eat whatever you like because you will still DIE, don't allow motivational speakers deceive you.
1. The inventor of the treadmill had died at the age of 54
2. The inventor of gymnastics died at the age of 57
3. The world bodybuilding champion died at the age of 41
4. The best footballer in the world Maradona, died at the age of 60.
BUT
5. The KFC inventor died at 94.
6. Inventor of Nutella brand died at the age of 88
7. Imagine, cigarette maker Winston died at the age of 102
8. The inventor of opium died at the age of 116 in an earthquake
9. Hennessey inventor dies at 98.
How did these doctors come to the conclusion that exercise prolongs life?
The rabbit is always jumping up and down but it lives for only 2 years and the turtle that doesnt exercise at all, lives 400 years.
So, Take some rest, Chill, Stay cool, eat, drink and enjoy your life. You will still die .!

(kfc sucks nowadays) Funny that you should suggest that,as,to me,the "secret recipe" is producing different results nowadays.Seems,to me,that the product now is very greasy and soggy when compared with that of the 1970s,when things were a lot more 'crisp'.Unfortunately,I find the modern product to be unpalatable.Cheers

After getting genuine rabbit in my kfc pack early 1980's I never went back for a long time. Bu we now, maybe every 2 months indulge in "kids popcorn pack", plenty for two at $9.95 for 2 packs, includes 2 cans solo.

@Possum3, why do you even bother? There are virtually no facts in your post. At least post it in the Jokes section.

Just taking one "fact" at random, the Winston cigarette brand "is named after the town where R. J. Reynolds started his business".

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Winston_(cigarette)

Reynolds died in 1918, aged 68.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/R._J._Reynolds

"Reynolds's grandson Patrick Reynolds became an anti-smoking activist following several family deaths from smoking and began the Foundation for a Smoke-Free America."

Obvious red flags are the references to the inventors of gymnastics and opium. Who are they? Gymnastics was practiced by the ancient Greeks, and opium has been around since forever.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Opium#Ancient_use_(pre-500_AD)

"Opium has been actively collected since approximately 3400 BC."

"Richard Hennessy was an Irish military officer and businessman, best known for founding the Hennessy cognac dynasty." He was born in 1724 and died 8 October 1800. That would make him 76 years old.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_Hennessy

Don't let the facts get in the way of a good story - Life's too short not to have a giggle and getting knicker's in a twist.

As for facts; Winston cigarettes were named after the Town - Winston, Salem named after Maj Joseph Winston an American pioneer, planter and American Revolutionary War hero from Surry County, North Carolina, and the first cousin of statesman and Virginia governor Patrick Henry. He also served in the United States House of Representatives and North Carolina Senate.
He is buried in the National Park at the site of the Battle of Guilford Court House, where a monument erected in 1893 notes Major Winston's command of the militia forces. The town of Winston, North Carolina (which later became part of Winston-Salem) is named for him

The only time these "facts" are funny is when they are true. When they stop being facts, then they cease to be funny.

Possum, do you even bother to read your own research?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_Winston

"Died April 21, 1815 (aged 68)"

He was a planter, but not a "cigarette maker", at least not according to Wikipedia.

Dorian,
I stated clearly that the Winston cigarettes were named after the TOWN they were made in (WINSTON) - I added to the post that Winston the town was named after Maj Joseph Winston an American pioneer, planter and American Revolutionary War hero from Surry County, North Carolina.
By the way, I am very familiar with the R J Reynolds Company having had a relative working in the organisation - We were given free cigarettes of Camel, Winston and Salem brands. We used to take the free packs (3 cigarettes) to school to sell so we could buy our preferred brand Chesterfield & Pall Mall.

Possum, once again, if it's just a story, then why present it as fact? At least put it in the Jokes section with the other stories.

Your initial story said "Imagine, cigarette maker Winston died at the age of 102". Translated, that reads "a guy named Winston who manufactured cigarettes died at the age of 102". That makes no sense. Winston was a brand named after a town, as I already told you, and neither you or I could find a person by that name who was a cigarette maker.

I don't know who produces this tripe. It could be a psychology student writing a PhD on human gullibility, or more likely it is some troll who gets his kicks watching gullible people pushing his fictional creations around the Internet. It's no wonder that there are so many scams -- there are just too many naďve targets, even among the older generation.

Actually, gymnastics was invented by Pontius Pilates. He is best known for the "crucifix" -- a gymnastic exercise performed on the rings when the gymnast supports himself with both arms extended horizontally.

It's the truth. I saw it on the Internet. Honest.

Yeah, I found that as well. Cooked and straight into the box, insufficient time to drain. Not crispy like it used to be, lack of training maybe!!
