In the event of a later rape/sexual assault allegation the absence of
the signed form may form part of the prosecution's evidence and it's
presence would carry a *very* strong evidence of innocence.

Men will soon come to realise they need to carry a few of these forms
in addition to condoms.

Also a statute of limitations on adult rape/sexual assault of (say)
one year.

 Mike,you are,of course,quite right...We can't go on like this.And in this morning's paper I read that some clown is proposing that workers be granted a right to 10 days per year 'Domestic Violence Leave'.(Don't have the paper with me,so quote may not be 100% correct). Can you begin to imagine the chaos this would cause,with anybody wanting a few days off,on full pay,simply claiming that their partner was violent towards them? And the extra cost to employers,maybe $2000/year per worker.And let's not even mention how crowded our courts would become.Always somebody wanting something for nothing.Cheers
