As we all know space in the van and ute (what we carry) is critical. So, I'm just wondering what people are doing to help save space in the van or tug. Any suggestions welcome.

Here is a couple of things I've done recently.

Gave away the old 9kg lpg cylinder I used for a fire pit and bought a flat pack from Kings 4x4. A tag heavier but huge space saving.

Exchanged the Aldi mat for under the awning for some shade cloth. Rolls up smaller  lighter too.

Using plastic tubs in the ute to store stuff in. More organised now.
