Recently incumbent politicians are currently stating that they are doing 'forward planning'.

I having trouble understanding what the difference is between forward planning & reverse planning!

As other politicians say 'please explain'.

Sounds like more promises that are planned to be broken. Forward then meaning may / will not happen. Cheers. Stewart
