Here is a site with an information window that has the breakdown of what the Tesla is made from.

I would guess it is pretty close to how any other manufacturer would line up which is a long way from *green*

Almost everything comes from mining, Not very carbon netural.

I think that applies to all manufactured goods. I read very recently that only a very few clothing/fashion companies are meeting sustainable manufacturing.

My Land Rover Freelander which is half Ford & half Volvo, has 11 speakers others have 17. Leather seats. 3 main types of steel in the body structure alone.

Lots of copper & 180amp alternator to run everything, some have 210amp alternator. Rubber. plastics. Aluminium parts.

Not sure about titanium in the car, but I buy titanium framed reading glasses, but they do have a bit less weight that the 10% of an A380 structure being titanium or a 747's 15% titanium.

I would hate to know the number titanium framed glasses going to landfill every year.
