Miss USA will have sand in more than her crack.

Looks like they would not be able to handle a buy back anyway

I dont understand the anti gun fixation of some, in some of these pictures I see compertition shooting weapons.

I hold my hand up to say I was a multiple gun owner, the majority of which were pistols. Not as many as displayed in these pictures, which without proof I suspect a bit of a fit up.

But who am I to question why someone would spend money on collectables, I see it no different to collecting Spoons, Tattoo's. Rabbit Traps, Barbed Wire etc if it floats your boat its ok.

I think it is because they are used to kill school children.

They have an unhealthy obsession in USA because they think everyone is going around to shoot everyone else, probably not wrong to a degree.

Go and shoot a tin can or a rabbit and leave the innocent kids alone.

Yes, it is an awful situation that the violence in the US is out of control. But let's not have a kneejerk reaction and ignore the facts.

The numbers of school children being killed in these mass shootings is miniscule in comparison to the number of other shooting murders (22 in 2021 compared to 22,000 gun deaths ... twice that if you include suicides). And most gun deaths are from handguns rather than rifles and assault weapons.

Criminals will always get the guns, as they do in Australia despite us having had tight gun laws for many years. I know if I lived in a society where crime was so bad I would want the biggest weapon I could get to protect myself. It's the US society that is the problem, not the gun laws.

Other civilised countries with relaxed gun laws don't have the same problems.

Not sure how anyone can actually go into and bat for the situation in America with their gun laws or lack of!!!
Those pictures, if true, sum up the attitude in America
And they wonder why kids are being killed in schools
Have you seen the stats for people killed this year in multiple shootings, scary
I just wished they collected spoonsno

Tell the parents of the kids killed at school that they should not be too concerned as their child was just one of the miniscule number.  That will put them in their place.

Wanda, maybe you wrote your comments before seeing my post pointing to the very small number of children killed in these shootings compared to overall gun violence.

As sad as any number of children's deaths may be, I have no doubt that many many more than that number of lives have been saved because law abiding citizens had guns to protect themselves, and to discourage others from attempting harm. 22,000 murders ..... how many have been saved by citizens protecting themselves and their families, including children?

Edit: I expanded my second paragraph to respond to Kevin's comment.

Another example of just how dumb Americans are. As a kid I use to think they were the best.
Not by a long way. Hopefully they will also take steps to disallow Trump to ever run for
presidency after it was proven that he was the architect of Jan 6 events and therefore is a fruit cake.

On one hand I don't understand why they need guns in suburbia.  On the other hand, who would attack a country with 300 million people in their army.

I hadn't thought of that one. Defence of the country was a prime reason the right to bear arms was originally written into their constitution. Now, all these years later the population is not keen on giving up that right.

Criminals will always get hold of guns, but they nearly always (?) use them to kill other criminals. School children, OTOH, are being killed by sickos, not criminals.

In a country of 300,000,000 people I imagine that if you set out to find individuals who had excessive collections of matchboxes you would find them.

Edit: To preempt the responses:

Or people with excessive collections of knives or screwdrivers or baseball bats or....
