What is the purpose of the ring on the step? And the lightweight chain that seems to disappear along with the red things?

Is it double purpose with a bucket to go underneath?

A W L, designed for a plastic bag, one time use, mainly for widdle stop, so the plastic chain is pretty soft, the red tags retain the bag. Also still can be used as original step .

Lucky we seem to got over the emergency stop thing.

The Sidchrome is a rotator as well as conventional ratchet. The handle will twist to rotate the bolt or nut if you are in a tight spot. The black ring rotates to change direction. Red button to easily emove socket.
