I've just discovered omegle.com.

This website allows you to connect with random strangers from around the world and talk with them either via a text or video chat. It's fun :)

I've only used text chat and, of course, one needs to be a little sensible about it but I've had delightful chats with a few people from a diverse range of countries... somewhat like Amateur Radio.

We have Wally....96 y/o who still drives and plays bowls, born 1926 and tells a great yarn, forgotten more than I remember.

And Basil...88 y/o, born and bred down here, there are about 100 descendants in town, good for a chat.

I have a friend that is employed to Hack Hackers, he was telling me about this site. you will be surprised how many 100's are listening to you. think he said it was originally designed for Kids.
